Challenge
A fast-casual Mexican restaurant with locations in 18 states, Salsarita’s is a regional brand competing against the large national QSR and fast-casual brands that have much greater store penetration and much larger ad budgets.
Our challenge was to position Salsarita’s and grow both in-store and catering sales.
Strategy
Salsarita’s brand team and Johnson Group developed the positioning of “Wildly Addictive Mexican Flavor”. The flavor position was delivered through social media geotargeted for each location.
