Summary:

Project Managers are how we get things done. With a passion for efficiency and proactive problem solving, Project Managers scope, estimate, and seamlessly guide jobs through every department of our agency from start to finish. The Project Manager engages, initiates, and tracks changes that occur within a project and sets the path to meet all goals and objectives. The Project Manager communicates goals and updates clearly across functional teams, initiating escalation steps when appropriate. The Project Manager is responsible for reviewing the status of all active jobs and ensuring proper task assignments, project prioritization, and quality control.

What you will do:

  • Plan and manage all digital media projects including social media campaigns, email campaigns, paid search and, programmatic ads buys.
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Collaborate with department managers to assign tasks and responsibilities per project in project management software
  • Streamline communication between internal team members
  • Prioritize work in progress (WIP) with production and account teams to pull work forward and break bottlenecks
  • Double-check all project deliverables for accuracy
  • Indicate when a job is completed, so the job is closed and billing is submitted
  • Report any problems affecting job quality, due dates, or costs

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising or business
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of advertising project management and related experience
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Working knowledge of both traditional advertising and digital platforms
  • Familiarity with software such as Advantage, Slack, Notion
  • Knowledge of project management tools, best practices, and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Personally driven to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Preferred:

  • Project Management Professional (CAPM) certification or other comparable certification
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Experience managing social media, paid search, and email marketing campaigns
