The Summary: The Johnson Group is looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will manage the online marketing campaigns and help drive results for our clients. You will drive performance through daily campaign management and optimization. You will work closely with Account Managers and Account Executives to report, relay trends, provide insights, and strategies, and implement optimizations. You will have freedom as long as you deliver results.   • Design, execute and maintain ROI-focused PPC/ Display campaigns.
  • Conduct thorough keyword analysis.
  • Continually optimize PPC & Paid Social campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, bid prices, cost per conversion, cost per click, audience optimization, etc.
  • Write compelling Ad copy with a focus on driving conversions.
  • Optimize existing PPC and Paid Social campaigns for new clients.
  • Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Compile weekly and monthly PPC and Paid Social reports for our clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance.
  • Set up Conversion Tracking & Retargeting Pixels.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and social advertising campaigns.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing; agency experience is a plus.
  • Current Google Ads and Analytics Certifications, Microsoft Ads/Bing desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Google Tag Manager, Marketing Automation Systems, or other technical skills a plus.
  • Building, managing, and optimizing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to think on your feet and work independently on multiple tasks, being mindful of prioritization and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
